ಪ್ಲೇ ಹೋಮ್ ಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸುವ ಮುನ್ನ…!

ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ ಎಂಟು ಗಂಟೆಯ ಸಮಯ. ಹೊರಗಡೆಯಿಂದ ಒಂದೇ ಸಮನೆ ಗಲಾಟೆ ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಏನಪ್ಪಾ ಅಂಥ ಗಾಬರಿಯಾಗಿ ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಪಕ್ಕದ ಮನೆಯ ವಸುಧಾಳ ಮೂರು ವರುಷದ ಮಗಳು ನಾನು ಪ್ಲೇ ಹೋಮ್ ಗೆ ಹೋಗೋದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂಥ ಹಠ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೂಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಳು. ವಸುಧಾ ಅವಳನ್ನು ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು.. ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಮಾತ್ರ ಶೂನ್ಯ. ಅವಳಿಷ್ಟದ ಚಾಕೋಲೇಟ್, ವೆನಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಕ್ ತಂದು ಕೊಡ್ತೇನೆ, ಮುದ್ದಾದ ಬಾರ್ಬಿ ಗೊಂಬೆ ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಡ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂಬ ಅವಳ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಮೇಲ್ ಗೆ ಅವಳು ಸುತರಾಂ ಒಪ್ಪಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಅವಳು ಒಲ್ಲದ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಂದ ‘ನಾನು ಈವತ್ತು ಹೋಗೋದಿಲ್ಲ, ನಾಳೆ ಹೋಗ್ತೇನೆ’ ಅಂಥ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಲ್ಲದ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಂದ ಹೇಳಿ ಪ್ಲೇ ಹೋಮ್ ನಾಟಕ ಕೊನೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದಳು. ನಾಳೆ ಕೂಡ ಹೋಗದಿದ್ದರೆ ಏನು ಮಾಡೋದಪ್ಪಾ ಎಂಬ ಚಿಂತೆ ವಸುಧಾಳದ್ದು.Play school

ಮಗು ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಹೊರಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಹೊತ್ತು ಕಳೆಯುವ ಜಾಗ ಎಂದರೆ ಪ್ಲೇ ಹೋಮ್. ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಮಗು ತನ್ನ ಹೆತ್ತವರನ್ನ, ಅದಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸದಾ ಕಾಲ ಜೊತೆಗಿರುವ ಅಮ್ಮನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹಗಲು ಪೂರ್ತಿ ಕಳೆಯುವ ಜಾಗ ಪ್ಲೇ ಹೋಮ್. ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಪ್ಲೇ ಹೋಮ್ ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಾಗ ಜಾಗ್ರತೆ ವಹಿಸಬೇಕಾದುದು ಅಗತ್ಯ. ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಗು ಗಲಾಟೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ, ತನ್ನ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಬಿಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಮಗುವಿನ ತುಂಟಾಟ ಸಹಿಸಲು ಆಗದು ಎಂದು ಮಗುವನ್ನು ಸಿಕ್ಕಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ ಪ್ಲೇ ಹೋಮ್ ಗೆ ಹಾಕಿದರೆ ಮಗುವಿನ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ಹಾಳಾದಂತೆ.

ವಾಚು” ಎಂದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರ ತಲೆಯೊಳಗೂ ನೆನಪಿನ ರೀಲುಗಳು ರಿವೈಂಡ್ ಆಗಲು ಶುರುವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರೈಮರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾಗ ಅಪ್ಪನೋ ಮಾವನೋ ಕೊಡಿಸಿದ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ವಾಚಿನಿಂದ ನೆನಪಿನ ರೀಲುಗಳು ಬಿಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಆರಂಬಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. ಅದೇ ವಾಚು ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ಆ ವಯಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಗೋಳಾಕಾರದ ವಾಚು ನೋಡಿ ಗಂಟೆ ಲೆಕ್ಕಹಾಕುವ ತಾಕತ್ತು ಇರುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಂಕಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗಳು ಬರುವ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಗಡಿಯಾರ ಮಾತ್ರವೇ ಆ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಪ್ರಾಪ್ತಿ. ಅದೂ ಗಂಟೆ ನೋಡಲಲ್ಲ. ಅಂಥದ್ದೊಂದು ಸಾಧನವನ್ನು ಕೈಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ. ಆಗಿನ ಜಾತ್ರೆಯ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೈದು ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಸಂತೋಷ ಈಗಿನ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಬ್ಯಾಲೆನ್ಸ್ ನೋಡಿದರೂ ಸಮಾಧಾನವಾಗದು. ಈಗ ವಾಚ್ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡರೂ ತೋರಿಸುವುದು ಅದೇ ಟೈಮು. ಆದರೆ ಕಾಲ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕೊಂಚ ಬದಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಊರ ಜಾತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ವಾಚಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ಆಕರ್ಷಕವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣುವ ತರಹೇವಾರಿ ಆಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಬಂದಿವೆ. ಆದರೆ ವಾಚ್ ಮರೆಯಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಲ್ಲೇ ಜನಸಂದಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಮಗು ಲಗುಬಗೆಯಿಂದ ಹೋಗುವ ತಾಯಿಯ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಡಿದು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ಗಮನ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಹೊಸ ವಾಚಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ವಾಚು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ ಮೇಲೆ “ಸಂತೆಯ್ಲಿದ್ದರೂ ಚಿಂತೆ ಮರೆತು” ಗುಂಪಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಏಕಾಂತ ಹೊಂದಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಕಂದಮ್ಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಿಲ್ಲ. ಗಂಟೆ ಎಷ್ಟೇ ಆದರೂ ಅವರ ಪಾಲಿಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗುವುದು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಉರಿಯುವ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಲೈಟು ಮಾತ್ರ.

    ಮೊದಲೆಲ್ಲ ವಾಚುಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೀ ಕೊಡಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಅದು ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ದುಬಾರಿ ಅಟೊಮ್ಯಾಟಿಕ್. ನಂತರ ಕ್ಯಾಲ್ಕುಲೇಟರ್ ಇರುವ ವಾಚು, ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಮಾಚು ಹೀಗೆ ತರಹೇವಾರಿ ಬಂದವು. ಆದರೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಫೋನ್ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಾ ಸಾಗಿದಂತೆ ವಾಚುಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ನಮಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಬ್ಯಾಟರಿಯೇ ಹಾಕದೆ ಮೈ ಶಾಖದಿಂದ ಓಡುವ ವಾಚುಗಳೂ ಇವೆ. ಇಂದಿನ ದುಬಾರಿ ಮೊಬೈಲುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿ ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಅಂಥ ವಾಚು ತೀರಾ ದುಬಾರಿಯೇನಲ್ಲ. ಒಂದಿಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿ, ಆದರೆ ಸಮಯ ನೋಡಲು ಅಷ್ಟು ದುಡ್ಡು ತೆರುವ ಬದಲು ಮೊಬೈಲೇ ತೆಗೆಯೋಣ ಎಂಬುದು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನವರ ಲೆಕ್ಕಾಚಾರ.ಈ ಲೆಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಚುಗಳ ಯುಗ ಮುಗಿಯಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಹಾಗೆ ಆಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಕಳೆದೆರಡು ವರುಷಗಳಿಂದ ವಾಚುಗಳೂ ಭಾರಿ ವೇಗದಲ್ಲಿ ರೂಪಾಂತರ ಹೊಂದುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಮೊಬೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆದ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಳು ವಾಚಿಗೂ ಆವರಿಸಿ ವಾಚುಗಳು ಸಮಯ ಸೂಚಕನಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಹೊಂದಿವೆ. ಎಷ್ಟರ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಎಂದರೆ ಹೆಸರನ್ನೂ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿವೆ. ಇಂದಿನ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಯುಗದ ಆಧುನಿಕ ವಾಚುಗಳು “ವೇರೆಬಲ್ ಡಿವೈಸಸ್” ಎಂಬ ಹೊಸ ಹೆಸರಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಹಳೆಯ ರೂಪವೇ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಹೊಸ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ಕಾಲಿಟ್ಟಿವೆ. 

DIGITAL MOBILE WATCHಅವುಗಳು ಟೈಮ್ ತೋರಿಸುವುದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಮೊಬೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿನ ಸೇಜುಗಳು, ರಿಮೈಂಡರುಗಳು, ಕ್ಯಾಲೆಂಡರು, ಹೀಗೆ ಮೊಬೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಏನೆಲ್ಲ ತೋರಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವೋ, ಅವೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ತೋರಿಸುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಹೊಂದಿವೆ. ವಾಚಿನಿಂದಲೇ ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಬೇಕಿದ್ದರೆ ನೂರಕ್ಕೆ ನೂರು ನಿಖರವಾದ ನ್ಯೂಕ್ಲಿಯರ್ ಗಡಿಯಾರದ ಜತೆ ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾತಾಡಿ ತಾನೇ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಸಮಯ ಹೊಂದಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ.

ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಇವತ್ತು ನಮಗೆ ಟೈಮು ನೋಡಲು ದಾರಿಗಳು ಹಲವಾರಿವೆ, ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವುದು ಟೈಮ್ ಸೆನ್ಸ್ ಮಾತ್ರವೇ.

 ಸಿನಿಮಾದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಮರ್ಷೆ ಬರೆಯುವ ಮಹಾ (ಅನಾ)ನುಭವಿಗಳು ತಮಗನಿಸಿದ್ದನ್ನ ಮೊಬೈಲು, ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ನ ಕೀಬೋರ್ಡ್ ಬಳಸಿ ಯೋಚಿಸದೇ ಬರೆಯುವ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಫೇಸ್ ಬುಕ್ ಹೀಗೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿ ಬಿಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹೀಗೇ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಗೊಂಡ ಲೇಖನಗಳನ್ನೇ ಓದಿ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ನೋಡುವ ಜನರು ಸಾಕಷ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಪ್ರಿಯರನ್ನ ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರಗಳತ್ತ ಸೆಳೆಯುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸಿರುವ ಈ ‘CRITICS’ ಕೆಲವು ಅನಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಂದ, ಸಿನಿಮಾದ ಗಾಳಿ-ಗಂಧ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲದ ಅವಿವೇಕಿಗಳಿಂದ ಇಂದು ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗೆಲುವು ಎರಡಕ್ಕೂ ಪೆಟ್ಟು ಬೀಳುತ್ತಿದೆ… ಒಂದು ಸಿನಿಮಾವನ್ನ ತೆರೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ನೋಡಿದ ಮೇಲಷ್ಟೇ ಒಬ್ಬ ವಿಮರ್ಷಕ ವಿಮರ್ಷೆ ಬರೆಯುವುದು. ಸಿನಿಮಾದ ಯಶಸ್ಸನ್ನ ಒಂದೇ ಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಳುಮಾಡುವ ವಿಮರ್ಷಕರು ಸಿನಿಮಾ ತಯಾರಾಗಿ ತೆರೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಬರಲು ಎಷ್ಟು ಕಷ್ಟವಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನ ಯೋಚಿಸಬೇಕು.

    ಒಬ್ಬ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕನ ಕನಸು, ನಾಯಕನಟನ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ, ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕನ ಹಣ, ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಶ್ರಮ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಮ ಮಾಡುವವರು ಇದೇ ವಿಮರ್ಷಕರು… ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗದ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಅತೀ ಚಿಕ್ಕದು, ಇದು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಪರಭಾಷಾ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳ ಹಾವಳಿಯಿಂದ ನರಳುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಆಸೆ ಕನಸುಗಳನ್ನ ಹೊತ್ತಿ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿರುವ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ, ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕ, ನಟ-ನಟಿಯರು ಇಂದು ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ…ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕರಂತೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆ,ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾರಿಕೊಂಡು ಬೀದಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತಕ್ಕೂ  ಹೆಚ್ಚು  ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ  ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ನೂರಾರು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಙರ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆ ತುಂಬುವುದು ಇದೇ ಸಿನಿಮಾಗಳಿಂದ.ಒಬ್ಬ ಲೈಟ್ ಮ್ಯಾನ್ ಯಾವುದೋ ಒಂದು ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಂದು ಲೈಟನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವಾಗ ಆಗುವ ಯಾತನೇ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಗೊತ್ತು. ಒಂದುಸುಂದರ ಶಾಟ್ ಗಾಗಿ ಎತ್ತರೆತ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ ಹತ್ತಿ,ಹೆಗಲ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೆಮಾರ ಹೊತ್ತಿ ಸೆರೆಹಿಡಿಯುವ ಛಾಯಾಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಯಾಮಾರಿದರೂ ಕೋಟ್ಯಾಂತರ ರೂಪಾಯಿಯ ಕೆಮಾರದ ಜೊತೆ ತನ್ನ ಜೀವವನ್ನು ಕಳೆದು ಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಾಹಸ ದೃಶ್ಯಗಳನ್ನ ಚಿತ್ರಿಸುವಾಗ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಸಾಹಸ ಕಲಾವಿದರು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.ಇನ್ನು ಕೆಲವರೂ ಸಾವಿನ ಸಮೀಪಕ್ಕೆ ಧಾವಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ….ಸೆಟ್ ಹಾಕುವ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಙರು ಬೃಹದಾಕಾರವಾದ ಫೋಮ್ ಗಳನ್ನ, ಮರದ ದಿಮ್ಮಗಳನ್ನ ಹೊತ್ತು, ಹಗಲು ರಾತ್ರಿ ನಿದ್ದೆಗೆಟ್ಟು ಸೆಟ್ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಾರೆ..ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕರೂ ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಸಂತೃಪ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೀಗೂ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಕಾಣುತ್ತಾರೆ.  ಊಟೋಪಾಚಾರವನ್ನ ತಡವಾಗದಂತೆ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಅನ್ನದಾತನಾಗುವ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಒಂದು ಯೋಚಿಸದೇ ಬರೆದ ಲೇಖನದಿಂದ ತುತ್ತು ಅನ್ನಕ್ಕೂ ಬೇಡುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀರಾ….? ನೂರಾರು ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಬರುವ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ, ನಟ-ನಟಿಯರಿಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಒಂದು ವಿಮರ್ಷಾ ಲೇಖನ ಎಂತಹ ಪರಿಣಾಮವನ್ನ ಬೀರುತ್ತದೇ ಯೋಚಿಸಿದ್ದೀರಾ…..?

    ಸಾಮನ್ಯ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಇದರಾವುದರ ಅರಿವು ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ವಿಮರ್ಷಕರಾದ ನಿಮಗೂ ಇದನ್ನೂ ಯೋಚಿಸುವ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ…? ಪತ್ರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅನೇಕಾನೇಕ ದಿಗ್ಗಜ ಅನುಭವಿಗಳಿಂದ ಕೇಳಿ ತಿಳಿಯಿರಿ, ಅಥವಾ ನೀವೇ ಯೋಚಿಸಿ. ಇನ್ನು ಫೇಸ್ ಬುಕ್ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವಿಮರ್ಷಕರಂತೂ(ಥೂ) ಅತೀ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತರು. ತಮ್ಮ ನೆಚ್ಚಿನ ನಟನ ಚಿತ್ರವಾದರೇ ಐದಕ್ಕೆ ಐದು ಅಂಕ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಬೇರೇಯವರ ಸಿನಿಮಾವಾದರೇ ಡಬ್ಬಾಥರಾ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಒಂದೇ ವಾಕ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿನಿಮಾವನ್ನ ನೋಡುವವರೂ ನೋಡದಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

    ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಒಂದು ಮನರಂಜನಾ ವಿಷಯವಷ್ಟೇ ಅನಿಸಿದರೂ ಅದು ಒಂದು ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆ  ಇದ್ದಂತೆ,  ನೂರಾರು ಜನರ ಶ್ರಮದಿಂದ ತಯಾರಾದ ಒಂದು ಉತ್ಪನ್ನವನ್ನ (ಸಿನಿಮಾವನ್ನ) ನೀವು ಬರೆಯುವ ವಿಮರ್ಷೆಯಿಂದ ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡಬೇಡಿ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕರನ್ನ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು  ಎಷ್ಟೋ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಙರು ಬೀದಿಪಾಲಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ಇನ್ನೂ ಬಿಗಾಯಿಡಿಸುವುದು ಬೇಡ… ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿವೇಚನಾ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ತಪ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗುವಂತೆ ವಿಮರ್ಷೆ ಬರೆಯಿರಿ…     ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗ ಎತ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಳೆಯಲಿ, ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಸಹ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲಿ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗಕ್ಕೂ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗ ಮಾದರಿಯಾಗಲಿ……..

Eve teasing ? fight back !

Riana a sixteen year old school girl was on her way back to home from tuition class,she found some boys sitting on compound wall  passed comments on her, also made some gestures but she ignored it and moved further, next day  finishing tuition class along with her companions she was returning to home, again she found the same guys on the compound wall, and they started passing comments on them, and even started fallowing them, Riana could not tolerate it and lost her patience, turned back started shouting at them and also she called  some other people to help her since it was a residential area,  people residing over there came for her help and they caught those guys and handed over them to police…from then there were no guys to irritate them saya riana…she even adds that if u keep quiet on such incidents u will have to face it everyday and it may turn into  serious crime, if u raise your voice against such heneus act at earliest  u may stop some serious crime which may occur in future.

Poornima nagesh a public lecturer in a private college, who takes public transport to travell everyday . She tells its common that u come across such incidents,  u get to meet such people every day either in bus, bus stop, some times when u walk lon on street.either u should ignore them or u must raise voice against such people and take necessary action against such people. she even adds such incidents will not only disturbs u emotional it will effect your personal life too.

Jawaharlal Neharu said” to awaken the people it is the women who must be awakened,once she is on move the family moves the village moves, the nation moves”. An educated and aware women can by herself fight back the evil act of eve teasing.

The term eveteasing is used to refer  sexual harrasment of women in public places such as the streets, public transportation, parks, beaches, and cinema halls. This type of a public harrasment by a lone man or group of women includes such as making passes or unwelcome sexual jokes, nonverbal assaults such as showing obscene gestures ,winking,whisiling,  staring and phisichal assault such as pinching,fondling and rubbing agianst women in public place. Eve teasing  is a euphemism for sexual harrasment.it sounds like a romantic overture but it can range from abscenities and gestures to grabbing and physical assault .in common eveteasing and sexual harrasment refers to a molestation of women by men. Working women ,college going girls even school going girls, sometimes aged women are subject to the evil called eveteasing and sexual harassment.

Recent survey reveals approximately 90% of college going girls are subjest to eveteasing and have experienced  sexual harrasment in some form or shape.above all  it is estimated out of 1000 cases, 1 such occurences are reported to plice. Women have stated that sexual harrasment in public place has effected their personal life, education and career too.

Increasingly large number of  women taking public transport have resorted to carrying pins, pen knives and even beggars as a deterrent, many has taken self defense classes.

Any one can be subject to sexual harassment anywhere and anytime. Most of the time in majority it happens to women but some times men can be victim.

It is the same old story every day which you get to deal with, you just step out of your house with the intention to reach the office at the earliest and u reach to the bus stop where u find group of men standing at corner tea stall burst in to a laughter you  just pretend to not to hear, while waiting to the bus u find an auto and just get into the auto to avoid those men u will see auto driver adjusting his mirror to get better look at u and u just sit with your hand bags and shawl close to your chest and u just avoid eye contact with him through the journey..no girls could say most of the women spared from being victim of eve teasing and this is a harsh fact of this world. Even if u are bold, tough  and easy going   such incident disturbs u to the core, becoz u are  a women… One place where it happens with alarming frequency is on the road, the streets. Eve teasing is misbehavior in youth. It’s a form of sexual assault and ranges from sexually indicative remarks, catcalls, brushing in public places to totally checking you out.

Now a days news paper or news channel shows u so many incidents against women.eve teasing is a huge issue in many metropolitan cities of india..Indian women have faced or  still facing such horrifying menace, there are many instances where girls  are being harrased. Which sometimes may lead to serious psychological problems and even up to commiting suicide.. women, should empower ourselves to fight back, its time  get up and raise your voice. Although, you can always pretend to ignore all the lewd comments but things would be much better if you can just look straight into the eyes of the offender and speak.

Every citizen in this country has right to live with dignity and honur, which is a fundamentsl right guranteed ubder article 21 of the constitution of india.in fact eve teasing of a women amounts to the voilation of rights guaranteed under article 14,15 as well. In case of eve teasing normally complaints are registered under section 294, 354 and section 509 IPC, shall be punished with ipmrisonment for a term which may extent from three months to two year with or without fine.

There is a necessity of proper legislation to curb eve teasing. Eve teasing is a wrong against the honor, dignity and self respect of a women.

ಹದಿನಾರರ ಹರೆಯ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೆಗಳ ಒಡೆಯ ಹದಿನಾರನೇ ವಯಸ್ಸು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನ ತರುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ಹಾರ್ಮೋನ್ ಗಳು ಉತ್ಪತ್ತಿಯಾಗಿವುದರಿಂದ, ಹುಡುಗರಿಗೆ ಹುಡುಗಿಯರ ಮೇಲೆ, ಹುಡುಗಿಯರಿಗೆ ಹುಡುಗರ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು. ಹೀಗೆ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೆ ಅತೀಯಾದಾಗ ಕಾಮದ ಬಿಸಿಗೆ ಬಲಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.ಇದು ಯೌವ್ವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವೇ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುವಂಥದ್ದು. ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ದ ಅಭಾವದಿಂದ ಈ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಸಾಮನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಂತ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯ ನಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕ್ಕವಯಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದಲೇ ಗಂಡು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹೀಗೇ ಇರಬೇಕು, ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹೀಗೇ ಇರಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೇ ಹೀಗೇ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾ ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಡುತ್ತಾ ಬರುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಕೇಳಲು, ಹೇಳಲು ಮುಜುಗರ. ಹಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟಿದನ್ನು ಕದ್ದಾದರೂ ನೋಡುವ ಹವ್ಯಾಸ ಹಿಂದಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಬೆಳೆದು ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಹೆಣ್ಣಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಂಡಿಗೆ, ಗಂಡಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೆಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಒಂದಷ್ಟು ಕುತೂಹಲ ಹಾಗೇ ಉಳಿದಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂಟರ್ ನೆಟ್ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಕೈಗಳಲ್ಲೇ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅಶ್ಲೀಲತೆಯ ವಿಕಾರ ಪ್ರಪಂಚಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವರಾಗಲೂ ವರುಷ ಬೇಕು, ಕೆಟ್ಟವರಾಗಲೂ ನಿಮಿಷ ಸಾಕುಎಂಬಂತೆ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣವನ್ನ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ದೇವರ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಗಳಿಂದ ಕಾಪಾಡಬೇಕಿದ್ದ ತಂದೆಯೇ ಮಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರವೆಸಗುತ್ತಾನೆಂದರೇ ಇದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ನಾಚಿಕೆ ಗೇಡಿನ ಸಂಗತಿ ಮತ್ತೊಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಕಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ಕಣ್ಣಿಲ್ಲ,ಕಾಮುಕರಿಗೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದು ಪದೇ-ಪದೇ ಸಾಬೀತಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲದಕ್ಕೂ ಕಾರಣ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನ ವಿಕೃತ ಭಾವನೆಗಳು.
ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಕ್ಕಳು ಬೇರೆಯವರ ಮುಂದೆ ತಾನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಎಂದು ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಒಣಜಂಭದಿಂದ ಅಸಭ್ಯ ಉಡುಪುಗಳನ್ನ ತೊಟ್ಟು ಕಾಮದ ಭಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮೂಢಿಸಿ ಕೊನೆಗೆ ತಾವೇ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ (ತಾನೇ ತೊಡಿದ ಹಳ್ಳಕ್ಕೆ ತಾನೇ ಬಿದ್ದಂತೆ). ಪುರುಷರು ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಕಾಮದ ಭಾವದಿಂದ ಕಾಣುವುದನ್ನ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಸಹೋದರಿ,ಸ್ನೇಹದ ಭಾವದಿಂದ ಕಾಣಬೇಕು. ಅಶ್ಲೀಲ ನುಡಿಗಳು, ಅಶ್ಲೀಲ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳು, ಅಶ್ಲೀಲ ಉಡುಪುಗಳು, ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಠಿಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ಆಗಬೇಕು. ಹಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ಹತ್ಯಾಚಾರಗಳು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುವುದು ಇಲ್ಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಷ್ಟೇ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗಳು ನಡೆದರೂ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲ ಶೂನ್ಯ. ಇದೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ನೋಡಿದಾಗ ನಮ್ಮ ಹಿರಿಕರೂ ಬಾಲ್ಯವಿವಾಹ ವನ್ನೇಕೆ ಮಾಡುತಿದ್ದರೆಂಬುದು ತಿಳಿದು ಬರುತ್ತದೆ.ಇನ್ನಾದರೂ ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಂಡು ಹೆಣ್ಣನ್ನ ದೇವರೆಂದು ಪೂಜಿಸುವ ನಾಡಿನ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ, ಭಾರತ ದೇಶದ ಮಾನವನ್ನ ಕಾಪಾಡೋಣ..

Surya Namaskar – For healthy mind and soul.

Surya Namaskar (Salutations to the Sun) is devoted to the worship of the Solar deity, the provider of energy and intellect. It has been practiced in Bharat for thousands of years. The complete set of “asanas” combined with proper deep and rhythmic breathing can provide significant physical and mental benefits. They can be practised any time , however, mornings on an empty sotmach are preferred. When practiced in the morning, Surya Namaskar relieves stiffness, energizes the body and refreshes the mind. It is a form of exercise for all fitness levels. It is a spiritually uplifting exercise and promotes a keen awareness of the interconnectedness of your body, mind and breath.


It is one of the best exercises that people can perform. The benefits accruing from these exercises are unique and excellent. This is a yoga based exercise and it is customary to perform Surya Namaskar after performing loosening yoga exercises, in that sense Surya Namaskar can be considered to be a personality development tool and must be included as part of one’s wellness program. The Surya Namaskar is performed usually early in the morning facing the morning rising Sun. The Namskar is done in 12 steps, each step having its own posture (including position and form) with its own breathing pattern (inhalation or exhalation), and its own mantra.

The Surya Namaskar Postures and Breathing Patterns:

The 12 postures are: 

1. Stand facing the Sun with palms folded and  both the thumbs touching the chest.

Breathing: Inhale while raising the hands and exhale as hands are brought down to chest level.

2.  Raise hands upward, with feet firmly on the ground, bend backwards, stretch arms fully.

Breathing: Inhale.

3.  Slowly bend forward, hands touching the earth with respect, head touching the knees.

Breathing:Exhale.

4. Set both hands with the palms down firmly on the ground, pull the left leg backward, raise the head

looking at the Sun, full weight resting on the two palm and ten fingers. Breathing: Inhale

5. Bring right leg back close to left leg, keeping hands and legs straight, bend the body at the hip

forming an arch, just like a mountain, known as ‘parvathasan or mountain pose’. Breathing: Exhale

6. Stretch yourself fully on the ground in the Saashtanga Namaskar pose (all eight ‘anga’ or

parts of the body on the ground – head, thigh, eyes (sight), mind, word, feet, hands and ears

(hearing)). In reality, feet, knees, thighs, chest, forehead touch the ground with the hands

stretched out and in folded position, with your mind and thoughts on the full namaskar, then

slowly turn the head to the sides first to left and then to right so that each ear touches the ground.

Breathing: Inhale first and then Exhale fully

7. Slowly raise the head, bend backward as much as possible, hands straight, in the cobra pose.

Breathing: Inhale

8. Parvathasan – same as Step 5. Breathing: Exhale

9. Same as Step 4 with the difference that the right leg is brought forward. Breathing: Inhale

10. Same as Step 3 – Breathing: Exhale

11. Same as Step 2 – Breathing: Inhale

12. Same as Step 1 – Breathing: Exhale, Inhale and Exhale.

You don’t need to be doing yoga regularly in order to practice the Surya Namaskar. If performed correctly, this exercise does not strain or cause injury. If performed in the morning, it relieves stiffness, revitalises your body and refreshes the mind. Do it during the day and it will instantly boost you up, practice it after sundown and it helps you unwind.

Benefits of Surya Namaskar

  • Tones up the digestive system by the alternate stretching and compression of abdominal organs. It activates digestion and gets rid of constipation and dyspepsia.
  • Abdominal muscles are strengthened.
  • Promotes sleep and calms anxiety

  • Thoroughly ventilates the lungs, and oxygenates the blood.
  • Tones up the nervous system and improves memory.
  • Helps to get rid of unpleasant smells from the body

  • Prevents loss of hair and greying.
  • Reduces fat.
  • Revives and maintains the spirit of youthfulness.
  • If you are suffering from sleeplessness then, surya namaskar is the best medicine.
  • Apart from just the physical level, surya namaskar helps in keeping you stress free and rejuvenate your mind, because, it promotes the circulation of fresh oxygen to your brain.

In addition to the general health benefits associated with performing Surya Namaskar, each of the yoga poses in the series provides specific health benefits:

  • Pose 1 (and 12): Promotes balance, stimulates the respiratory system, exercises shoulder, back and neck muscles
  • Pose 2 (and 11): Promotes balance, promotes digestion, exercises arms and shoulder muscles, tones the spine, promotes flexibility in back and hips
  • Pose 3 (and 10): Promotes blood circulation, tones abdominal tracts, stretches back and leg muscles, stimulates spinal nerves, stimulates lymphatic system
  • Pose 4 (and 9): Exercises spine, strengthens hand and wrist muscles
  • Pose 5 (and 8): Stimulates blood circulation, strengthens the heart, strengthens wrist and arm muscles, relieves neck and shoulder tension
  • Pose 6: Strengthens leg and arm muscles, increases flexibility in neck and shoulders, stretches arms, shoulder, neck and back muscles, exercises back muscles, releases tension in neck and shoulder
  • Pose 7: Stimulates circulation to abdominal organs, tones digestive tract, stretches upper and lower body, promotes flexibility in the back, stimulates nerves in spine
  • Poses 8 through 12 are essentially repetitions of poses 5 through 1, respectively. The health benefits of each are similar to their corresponding poses.

Who should not do Surya Namaskar?

  • Pregnant women should not practice this after third month of pregnancy.
  • Patients of Hernia and high blood pressure are warned against this practice.
  • People suffering from back conditions should seek proper advice before commencing Surya Namaskar.

Over time, Surya Namaskar will help you achieve a sense of well-being and purpose.

Launch of HEALTH Chart - Mrs. Tara Murali, Dr. C. N. Manjunath, Shri. Ravindra Prasad, Shri. Suraj singh

On the 12th of June 2011 at The Chancery Pavilion, SS Group in association with DRUSTI® Media & Production had organized the launch of Health chart, which has the basic guidelines for maintaining a healthy body. Prepared by The SS Group under the guidance of Mrs. Tara Murali, Chief dietician at Mallya hospital.

This chart is simple and easily understandable. More that the information we are committed to have people committed to their own health and health of the people around them.

The program followed with a Health Seminar by,

Dr. Sanhya Ganesh K on Ayurveda and a wonderful overview of Food and Health, from the ancient times till now how was the journey of food and health.

Mrs. Tara Murali gave her tips on diet and Shri. Ravindra Prasad from Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir (The Art of Living Group) spoke about food from Vedic view.

A crisp and touching facts about health and fitness. This followed with the precedential talk from, Dr. C. N. Manjunath – M.B.B.S., M.D., D.M. (Cardiology), Professor and Head of Cardiology, DirectorSri Jaydeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research. (Government of Karnataka Autonomous Institute). His talk in Kannada inspired many and was very engaging. The audience loved listening to him and the facts and experiences he shared.

This learning will be very helpful for all, specially the Police department. Available both Kannada and English versions, we are aiming to circulate this across India catering to various groups of people in Schools, colleges, public work places, hospitals, corporate and more.
